My inquires were answered thoroughly, promptly and courteously. I was also advised to allow more time for shipping because this usually takes two to three weeks, which was clearly stated on their website. What impressed me the most is that I even received a phone call from a concerned person (Phil Yisreal) half way around the world to make sure that my on-line shopping experience with them was smooth and pleasant.
