What Is The General Policy Regardin Returns?

Under normal circumstances we are reluctant to refund customers after they have used the goods as we operate according to FDA regulations which state that all used products are non-refundable and non-returnable. Therefore, if you rturn used goods to us we cannot receive a refund from the manufacturer or even resell the item, hence we would incur a complete loss. However, we operate on a case-to-case basis and take into account special circumstances as mentioned below.

Please Note: If goods are returned without authorization by a customer service representative, they will be subject to a 15% processing fee and a $10 administrative charge.

What Do I Do If My Goods Arrive Damaged?

If the following instructions are followed and all other conditions in this policy are met, the damaged item(s) will be replaced immediately at no cost to you.

If you see the order damaged upon arrival, describe the damage on the delivery bill and have the deliverer sign it to acknowledge the damage. If it was a shipping container that was damaged, have the carrier sign to acknowledge the damage.

Alert Us using the Contact Form within 5 days of receipt of the goods so that an insurance claim can be processed.

If we are not contacted within 5 days of delivery all returns, replacements and complaints should be directed to the manufacturer.

What Do I Do If My Product Is Defective?

Unfortunately this situation can sometimes occur, and it can also be rectified by quickly notifying us by calling Toll Free (inside the USA) 800-8444-007 OR by using our Contact Form, and letting us know your Invoice or Sales order number as well as the problem.

When authorization to ship the goods is received from us, please follow the "Procedure for Returning Goods" information below.

What Is The Procedure For Returning Goods?

First, fill out our Contact Form. After we have been in contact, you should send the item to the address which we will forward, complete with Invoice number (or Sales Order Number) and the reason the item(s) is being returned. Please be patient if the Contact Form is not replied to immediately. A slow response is not a sign that we are disregarding your claim, rather like most businesses, we operate according to a fluctuating workload and therefore response times may vary.

If I Want To Receive A Refund, What Are The Conditions For Return0ing My Order?

In order to receive a full refund or replacement the following conditions must be met:
-. You must return the oder within 10 days of having received it.
-. The item(s) must be returned in their original condition..
-. All packaging,dcumentation, manuals, accessories and anything else received must be returned.
-. Returns must be shipped via prepaid shipping (unless an alternative arrangement is made).

Please Note that we refund shipping costs only whee the reason for the item being returned is on account of our error. This is because the shipping has already been paid by us, and to refund it would incur a financial loss to us.
